Everyone I dealt with was extremely efficient and courteous to me. This includes Antoinetta who looked after all my maintenance needs the same day for the new Apt., Mary who was very helpful on the move-in arrangements and the Superintendents and Security who assisted me.
The Security man, on Sunday June first in the evening helped me move my couch out of the Apt., which impressed me greatly. The couch is big.
I chose to stay at The Crossways another year at least, for the following reasons:
1. quick response to service requests;
2. 24 hour security;
3. locationI am in the Hospitality Business and like and appreciate good service.

More importantly the superb quality of your rental agents in the administrative (rental) office. They are second to no other staff in the city . I viewed the apartment on the Saturday last and the girl (a part time student) was very helpful, neatly dressed, organized, and could answer all of my questions. She was straightforward and made an excellent representation of your team. Mary Gravelle is excellent as well. Making the welcome call, arranging elevators, lease signings, getting me coordinated for moving day, and generally taking care of business. Her professionality, telephone manner, and organizational skills are unsurpassed in comparison to any other rental relationship I have participated in previously.
First impressions are the most important, and your staff at the Crossways have impressed me immensely so far. I look forward to this level of service and support throughout my tenancy."
